Anchorage, Alaska (MPN) – The Red Carpet was rolled out, the planes flew in formation, and the car pulled up with a war criminal in tow. Convicted Felon Donald Trump played host to Russian President Vladimir Putin at a summit at the Elmendorf-Richardson Joint Base in Anchorage, Alaska, Last Friday, as part of the administration’s efforts to end the War in Ukraine through a negotiated settlement.
The meeting, which comes off the heels of a deadline imposed by Donald Trump to either end the war, or face crippling sanctions and tariffs, lasted nearly 2 hours, with the planned lunch cancelled, and the Cabinet immediately flown back to Washington.
Four days later, in Washington, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, along with a concert of European Leaders met with Donald Trump in Washington, where the Western Leaders spent several hours attempting to convince Donald Trump to agree to support Ukraine with what it described as ” Article V Security Guarantees” to counter Russian Aggression. In both instances, the Trump Administration reported success, with the Felon yet again giving a deadline of two weeks.
But, the narrative drawn by the Donald Trump Administration does not match with the facts on the ground, nor does it align with the reality of the situation.
The Media is Regurgitating Donald Trump’s Lies
In what is a strong contrast with his first term in office, the American news media has taken a more submissive approach when it comes to reporting the news out of the Trump White House, mostly due to the threats of lawsuits and revoking broadcasts licenses (which he does not have the authority to do as no such standard exists on a national scale) but also due to the support Trump has from the Higher ups. This approach has shattered the last vestiges of a free press and created a faux simile of Russian Propaganda Outlets, which pride themselves on reporting the news, but are nothing more than glorified propaganda outlets (FOX News), and tools of controlled opposition (MSNBC).

The Talks did not yield the ceasefire that Donald Trump so ferociously called for, but rather, a moment with the two authoritarian figures riding around in the Presidential Car alone, 90 minutes of discussion, and a press conference that answered no questions and brought forth no solutions to the problem, a moment that led to the delegations going home straight after.
The Actions taken by the White House after the negotiations, are not consistent, with the narrative that Donald Trump is spouting, nor do they align with anything that Russia has supposedly agreed to, instead they suggest that Donald Trump once again walked away with nothing, no promises, no offers to meet, just lies, lies, and more lies.
For a few days, there had been radio silence on the issue of Ukraine, but on Monday, things became clear.
Donald Trump is Now Openly Supporting Ukraine, After Some Groveling
On Monday, when Volodymyr Zelenskyy was set to meet with Donald Trump, the advice he was given by other European Leaders was to grovel, grovel for as long as it takes to get what he needed, and that’s exactly what happened.
After the meeting between the two leaders occurred on Monday, the Financial Times reported that Ukraine was preparing to offer a weapons package totaling $90 billion (Reported as $100 Billion before being corrected by Zelenskyy), funded by Europe, to gain security guarantees from the United States.
While most will view this as an attempt by European powers to persuade the Felon to provide material support for Ukraine, the truth is simple, Donald Trump was completely and utterly humiliated by Vladimir Putin, and as a result, the Europeans were able to get him to play fair by groveling. There is, in my opinion, no other explanation.
There Will Be No Meeting Between Putin and Zelenskyy
As some have caught on to, and others are still struggling to figure out, there will be no meeting between Putin and Zelenskyy. The Meeting on Friday may very well have killed that premise. The Russian goals of this war have remained unchanged since 2022, and even if it pretends to offer land for the Donbas, it still seeks its ultimate goal, to topple the Ukrainian Government, annex all of their oblasts, thus expanding the Russian state to include all of Russia, as well as all of Ukraine, and all of Belarus, that part comes later though.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy is acutely aware of this, and other members of his cabinet are as well, and it seems that Donald Trump has been persuaded by Europe, by Marco Rubio, and by his wife that Russia does not seek peace, and that supporting Ukraine, while not for the reasons that the rest of us, and even the rest of his own party do, is in his best interests. But what those interests are, are not entirely transparent.
Russia Possesses a Treasure Trove of Natural Resources
Possessing 1/8th of the Planet’s landmass has tremendous upsides for a nation, among them is an abundance of resources.
Russian Mineral Deposits are some of the largest on the planet, ranking among the leaders in the production of a variety of commodities including aluminum, copper, silicon, and magnesium, as well as being among the leaders in the production of platinum, gold, nickel, lead, and iron ore.
Russia also contains the world’s largest reserves of natural gas on the planet, and had led the world in oil exports until February 24, 2022.
The Collapse of the Russian Federation has been foretold for several years, and the end result of Putin’s ouster, which is coming, will be a destabilized and broken Russian State.
Separatist movements, civil wars, and proxy fights would erupt, and the powers that remain, the U.S, the European Union, and China, would be scrambling to get their hands on these resources.
If Donald Trump is the President that presides over the Collapse of the Russian Federation, it will be one that enriches him and his cronies, and that prospect, is to hard for anyone to resist.
The Power vacuum that is left behind from the Collapse of the Russian Federation would also benefit Donald Trump by allowing him to take command of Russia’s criminal syndicate of states.
Nations like Belarus and Hungary, would be sought out for diplomatic rapprochement, and the influx of aid and economic assistance, would likely bring those nations under Donald Trump’s control.
All of the resources in Siberia alone could have made Russia an extremely powerful nation, but instead they turned their attention westward, is it because their businessmen are as incompetent as their Generals ?
Trump is Lying to Deflect From His Base, From Epstein, and From ICE
Donald Trump’s continued lying about the state of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine is part of an attempt to obfuscate the truth from his base, which has overwhelmingly opposed support to Ukraine, and from the public to deflect from the reports that emerged of his ties with Pedophile Financier Jeffrey Epstein, and the decision by his Attorney General, Pam Bondi, to close the book on the Epstein case, and the statements made by his cabinet that stated that the fabled Epstein List, does not exist, even after campaigning on the issue extensively last year.
Even after winning the election, Even after becoming the Nation’s First Monarch in 250 years, Donald Trump is still vulnerable. His base could just as easily turn on him, and the more dangerous elements that he has enabled to help him in quest for power, could violently rebel against him.
The “Negotiations” with Ukraine are also a distraction from the ICE Raids, and the continued infringement of our civil liberties, which have grown in intensity these last few months.
“Alligator Alcatraz” is still operational, Raids are still tearing apart neighborhoods and families, The National Guard is being militarized, his opponents are the targets of Surprise Raids from the FBI, The Tiny, Ugly Bill is still set to severely impact Social Services, and the Constitution is still being defiled.
But none of these things are talked about as long as Trump creates a fake story about fake negotiations. If Trump tells the World he’s about to broker a peace deal, the stories and the criticism go away.
Time will tell what the end result of all this will be, but if one thing is for certain, it’s that whatever has been going on, is only going to get worse. And no, he’s not getting a Nobel Peace Prize, either.
